Hi, I’m Tom Greene, and my story starts a little farther north — in Eastern Pennsylvania — where my wife Karen and I met back in 1983 at Kutztown University. After graduation, life brought us south to Georgia, and it didn’t take long for us to fall in love with everything this region has to offer: the friendly people, the warmer weather, and the wide open spaces that just felt like home from the very beginning.
In 1990, we found our perfect spot on Lake Thurmond (Clarks Hill Lake, as it was known then) and spent years camping here on weekends, soaking in the peacefulness and building memories. By 2001, we had built our lake home, and in 2013, we made the move permanent when Karen accepted a teaching job in Evans and I retired from my role as an operations manager for an outdoor sporting goods company.
It was a dream come true — and it's that dream I love helping others discover through real estate.
For me, this isn’t just a job. It’s a way to share a community and lifestyle I truly believe in.
